Cap St Georges Villa Club enjoys the panoramic views of the Island of St Georges, which is the only island of the western shore of Cyprus and. The Island is swimming distance away and is historically linked to Cleopatra who is said to have prayed on the island.

With its west orientation, Cap St Georges enjoys spectacular sunsets on a daily basis and the villas are designed to maximize these views. The sea caves location of Cap St Georges provide a unique setting and some of the purest swimming waters on the island.

Cap St Georges is the perfect place to lie back, switch off and relax. The costs of the various services for all the common areas including the clubhouse are estimated at between €10,000 and €20,000 per annum, per villa, depending on the villa and plot sizes. These will include all water, drainage, electrical supply and maintenance, security, clubhouse rent, maintenance staff, communal irrigation and landscape maintenance.

The terms for payment of the sales price of a villa is as follows:

  • €10,00 reservation fee
  • 30% on signing the Preliminary Sales Contract (less reservation fee)
  • 20% on completion of foundations on your villa
  • 20% on completion of shell structure
  • 20% on second fix and finishes
  • 9.5% at practical completion
  • 0.5% on registration

The construction is due to start in January 09 for the infrastructure and March 09 for the villas

The construction of a villa will take 20-24 months to build depending on whether it varys from the proposed specifications

Completion of the project is programmed for mid 2011
